Who are we?

Graphic Disorder was formed in 2003 and is located in Eastern Tennessee. Employing 12 creative and driven individuals we create and ship 1000’s of products daily from our 14,000 sqft facility. We offer Screen Printing, Embroidery, Stickers and various Offset Printing options as well as supporting artwork for each of these products. There are many Screen Print and Embroidery shops around the nation but very few that have much art talent to speak of. We are a 1 stop shop in that respect. We can make your idea a reality and since we understand printing, embroidery and other various forms of marketing we can help make sure your brand stands out!

We believe in focused effort, quality products, and fair prices. We run an honest business, we will never pretend to be able to do something on a timeline just to get the sale. Many shops will spend their effort on sales and getting you to buy and come up short on timeline or product. We do what we say we will do and spend our effort on your products and art. Not in sales. Amazing Half Tones!

At Graphic Disorder we are known for high quality half tone and simulated process printing. No matter if its an actual picture you'd like put on your shirt, a combination of real and illustrated images or just about anything with detail we can capture it in our screen printing.

Size Matters

Many Screen Print shops are printing 8.5x11 or maybe 12x14 size prints. We set ourselves apart with our standard print size being 15”w x 17”h. We can fit that print size on most standard youth garments through the largest adult garments. The print size will really set your shirt off from the rest.

If you want to get really crazy we offer 15”w x 23”h at extra cost. This basically covers the vertical space of a shirt.

Crisp Spot Colors

Of course we can still print solid inks perfect as well. Our spot color printing is impeccable.  

A lot of shops do not take pride in their work and you will not have a opaque or aligned print. We pride ourselves on our shirts printed correctly. Since we print with a automatic press the printing will look the same on the first shirt as the last shirt!

Production

We have several pieces of equipment to help speed up your order, such as our M&R 18 - Color, 20 Station and 12-Color, 14-Station Automatic Presses. M&R Sprint 3000 Gas Conveyor Dryer for proper curing, Quartz Flashes for fast curing between colors, Registration System to help line up multi-color jobs in a snap, CTS Imaging System and LED Screen Exposure.

Embroidery

We are known for our quality embroidery. Many shops will skip trims or reduce stitch count or even the size of the embroidery to make a logo stitch faster to save them time. Here we would rather the finished product look better. Many shops will also outsource the digitizing of your embroidery to someone in China who doesn’t even do embroidery. We do our digitizing in house because we care about the result. Get a quote!

Head wear is one of the best ways to build your brand recognition. Jackets, Work shirts and polo’s

Great for employees and even retail products to advertise your brand. We can stitch just the front and rear or just one side. We can even add a personal name or even do thread colors different on each item to give each a unique look. It’s all possible! Our customers love the large high quality stitching we do on the back of jackets and work shirts. Many shops will do smaller embroidery which just doesn’t grab your attention. Not all embroidery is created equal, let us show you the difference.

Puff Embroidery

For a look that really stands off, take a look at having your logo done in puff embroidery. This makes the stitches stand off the hat and look 3D like most sports team hats you see in the mall.  It gives great dimension to an already great product. This process isn't possible on all logos,  but contact us to see if it's possible for you! Additional costs apply.

Fabric Applique / Inserts

Add applique to your order for a almost endless set of possibilities of custom looks. Shop with the original! Graphic Disorder was the first in our niche to start using automotive fabrics for applique. Capabilities and Production

We have 22 embroidery heads in house. We are not a single head or single machine low volume shop. Our daily production is 100’s to 1000’s of items. Our operators have over 20 years of work experience doing embroidery. We have a combination machines in 6 and 4 head sizes which allow us to be flexible in accomplishing various job sizes quickly and with quality results! We have low minimums and do not charge set up fees when you reach our very low minimums!

Stickers

We offer Full Color Printed/Contour cut decals in house! Great for advertising your business or even for club decals. Unlike single color stickers there are no limitations to the colors and we can help you create a lasting impression with your sticker with amazing detail.

Our stickers are laminated and are good for 5 years of outdoor use so your investment is protected! No matter if you need just a few or 1000's we can produce 1000's of stickers per day. We can print up to 64 inches wide by 150ft long.

We use a cutting edge Roland XR-640 Pro 4 for printing/cutting, as well as a stand alone GX-640 cutter and complimented by a Royal Laminator. With this equipment we can produce 1,000's of high quality print/cut items per day! Contact us for a custom quote on your next job.
